This is a great mini tutu, made from 2 colours of net. Blue and black. This tutu is layered longer at the bottom, so is really fluffy, and all layers of net are visable.

This picture shows the tutu with a blue taffeta waistband. Unless specified, all tutu's and net skirts will be made with black satin waistbands.
