This is a great mini tutu, made from 3 colours of net. Black, magenta and blue. All layers are slightly shorter than the one below, so all colours can be seen.

The net is attatched to a 2" black elastic waistband (no satin), so will fit most sizes. However, please provide waist measurement upon ordering so we can assure the correct fit.
