RED FEATHER BIOT OVERSKIRT
This is a feather overskirt, made from red biots. There are approx 15" of feather. The overskirt fastens with satin bias.

The biot overskirt fastens with satin around the front. It is approx 40" in length in total, although can be made longer upon request. Please provide waist measurements upon ordering so we can assure the best fit.
