These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by our customers once the sales order form has been completed and dated or on receipt of a sales order by telephone, fax, post, e-mail, etc.
Delivery:
We will endeavour to supply goods by the requested delivery date.
Normal delivery times are between 1-6 weeks depending on the size and content of the order.
Any dates specified by Heresy for the delivery of goods are intended to be an estimate and the company will not be held responsible for any loss, charge or expense incurred by the customer caused by any delay in delivery.
Goods will be dispatched once the company has received, in cleared funds, payment in full of all amounts owing by the customer.
Carriage-UK:
All orders are sent on registered delivery. Postage costs are designated before order is sent.
If the customer is unhappy with this arrangement s/he agrees to arrange additional courier service to which all risk lies with the customer.
Carriage-Outside UK:
Rates will depend on the country.

Please be aware that your countries customs may impose an import duty, which is to be payable by you, the customer.
Payment:
Payment methods accepted are Cheque and Postal orders for the UK and also PAYPAL.
PAYPAL ONLY for abroad please.
Full payment is required before item will be sent out.
A £25 non-refundable deposit will be needed before any corset is made up.
Please remember to include all details, a contact number/email, payment, and address for delivery.
Refunds/Exchange:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Made to measure and custom items are non-refundable.
If HERESY make a mistake in the item, we will REPLACE it if the problem is identified within 7 days of receipt.
For all other items we will exchange or issue a credit note if problem is identified within 7 days
We hold no responsibility if the size you purchase is incorrect.
We only accept returns if the item is sent back in brand new condition, unworn.
We do not accept returns on corsets unless item is faulty.
If a corset is tight laced and shows sign of wear we will not accept it back.
The company reserves the right to vary colour and size to a reasonable degree, and to replace trimming or fabric with a suitable alternative should such materials become unavailable / discontinued.
Alterations:
On most items (including corsets) I will not do alterations as it is usually more expensive and time consuming than remaking the item.
Please read refunds/exchange notes for details on exchanges.
Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel an order, please inform us ASAP.
If the item is cancelled after payment, it will be subject to a minimum £15 cancellation fee.
Made to measure items are not cancellable unless only the deposit has been placed, in which case this is not refundable.
Approval:
Please note - items are not available on approval.
If you are unsure of the size please contact us beforehand.
Please make your choice carefully as refunds/returns will NOT be given for items taken with the intention of approving it at home.
Refunds/credit notes are only given in exceptional circumstances, and hold a £15 -£25 cancellation fee per item.
Copyright:
Products are based on our own intellectual property rights and we retain the absolute copyright of these, actionable in law for any breaches thereof.
The design right, copyright and intellectual property of the garments are the property of Heresy and the customer may not photograph or use the garments in any catalogues or promotions without the prior consent of Heresy.
Variations of these terms and conditions:
Variations of these terms and conditions will only be recognised where we have provided written agreement.
Covering law:
These terms and conditions and every contract made pursuant hereto and all disputes arising in any way out of or affecting these Terms and Conditions and every contract aforesaid shall be governed in all aspects by, and in accordance with, current English law and you accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These terms shall remain in force until altered in writing and signed by both parties.
We reserve the right to delay/cancel or suspend delivery of an order without being liable for any loss incurred by us doing so, if supply of the goods is prevented/delayed for reasons beyond our control.
Heresy reserves the right to substitute any fabric/trimmings with ones of similar quality/print, should they become discontinued, without prior notice. Fabric swatches available on request.
